Beware of the Troll

Rick's fishing troll is here at his zibbet site. As always, neenah, promarkers, papers with mcs. And again, poem found on the internet. This was a delight to colour, there is faint crosshatching already on the drawing so if you want to have an idea on shading these images the guidelines are there ready for you. Getting Inky with my Art Journal

Lady B here to share a quick art journal page I made using found objects, Dylusion Spray Inks and Staz-On inks in black and red.

Click on image to enlarge...If you dare!  Muahhahahaha!

I took some grommets I cut off an old shower curtain, two syringes, and an IV tubing set.  I'm a nurse by day so it was easy to "find" the medical items and my manager was okay with me borrowing said items.

I placed the items on my paper and spritzed with Dylusions Spray inks to leave a negative impression of the items used.  To grunge my page further I dabbed Staz-on ink in red and black to deepen the color and I added Rick's "SH Monster Nurse" digi which I previously colored, scanned and reprinted in different sizes and directions.  The nurses were fussy cut and glued to the page.  I finalized my page by adding some journal notes and outlining them with a black thin marker.

Thanks for Looking at my work!

Silent Hill the movie! S{ick}? feel better soon! Drawn by Rick colored by KristyLee

Good morning my Freaky Friends,

I have something a bit freakish to share with you today. Rick St. Dennis had a digi called "SH Monster Nurse" digi stamp. (Image inspired by the film SILENT HILL.-RSD) Follow the link to get yours.

I have created a Get Well card:

I had this back ground image for a while. I think it kind of looks like that Silent Hill place. (I was informed that the movie Silent Hill is based on true facts. The ground there is still hot.) So I fussy cut my image and placed her on top of it. I colored my image with Prismacolor pencils, Gray Gelatos, and a liquid silver pen for her knife. The silver skulls are from Creepy Glow Bugg

Here is a reminder of the different blogs to find wonderful inspiration. For all types of images.
